Clinical Study on Wenshenhuoxue Decoction and Scalp Acupuncture in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect and the mechanism of Wenshenhuoxue Decoction and scalp acupuncture in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods: 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated by western medicine according to the routine treatment of acute cerebral infarction and got rehabilitation training at the same time.Patients in the treatment group were treated by Wenshenhuoxue Decoction and scalp acupuncture on basis of the same therapy in the control group.Each patient was treated for 2 weeks to observe the changes of the hemorheology,blood lipid,neurologic impairment score and curative effect.Results: The hemorheology,the blood lipid and the neurologic impairment score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group after the treatment.Meanwhile,the clinical effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion: Wenshenhuoxue Decoction and scalp acupuncture could improve cerebral blood circulation in patients with acute cerebral infarction,reduce the scores of neurologic function deficit,increase the cure rate and decrease the deformity rate.Wenshenhuoxue Decoction and scalp acupuncture could significantly increase the curative effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
