Abstract
After 20th Congress of Communist Party of Soviet Union in 1956,Mao Zedong put forward idea of Taking Soviet Union as a lesson.He made a systematic reflection and criticism on political,economic,and cultural systems of Soviet model,meanwhile,he began to explore road of socialism suitable for China.After end of the Cultural Revolution,Deng Xiaoping continued to criticize disadvantages of Soviet model and consequences of copying it while promoting reform and opening policy.Having broken through Soviet model,Deng Xiaoping succeeded in finding right road of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Taking Soviet Union as a lesson is main logic for exploring road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and today we should continue to insist on and develop it.
