Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the treatment of endometriosis post-operation. Method 75 cases with endometriosis postoperation were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group(n=80) were treated only by routine therapy(gestrinone, twice a week). And patients in treatment group(n=36) were treated by combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine(that is a decoction with promoting blood flow) and Western Medicine. The effect were observed before and after treatment in both groups for 3 months.Result The accumulative total recurrence rate in treatment group(13.89%) was lower than that in control group(28.21%,P0.05).The pregnancy rate in treatment group(76.92%) was higher than that in control group((53.33%),P0.05).Conclusion Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine was more effective on the treatment of endometriosis post-operation.
