Clinical Observation on Treatment of 65 Cases of Endometriosis with Traditional Chinese Medicine plus Gestrinone

Objective To observe clinical effect of treating endometriosis with traditional Chinese medicine plus Gestrinone.Methods 65 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus Gestrinone,and the control group was treated with Gestrinone.A three months'follow-up was performed after the treatment to observe clinical effect and adverse reaction.Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with P＜0.05.Adverse reaction of the treatment group was less than that of the control group.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and.western medicine therapy has better effect in treating endometriosis than exclusive western medical therapy.
