Abstract
On the basis of methods of theory and practice,the author analyzes and sums up the teaching of public sports classes with all-around education as the center.It is concluded that sports plays an irreplaceable role in promoting students' all-around quality.Sports can not only improve people's morality,body constitution and psychological disposition,but also purify people's souls and develop people's ability of creativity.
