Abstract
On the basis of methods of theory and practice the article,analyses and summarizes the education of all-around development on the public sport lessons in Liaoning Technical University.It is concluded that sports plays an irreplaceable role in promoting students' all-around quality.Sports can not only improve people's morality,body constitution and psychological disposition,but also purify people's souls and develop people's ability of creativity.
