Abstract

With the social progress and people's ideological development,people know a new changes that sports as extended body quality and popularize knowledge of sports course,how to adapt society's development,and meet the needs of the individual,forward-looking college physical education teaching plan,become a comparative concern.This article discussed and elaborated on some of my comments and suggestions.
