Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum cystatin C (Cys C) test for the renal function damaged and early kidney damaged.Methods The value of serum cystatin C was measured by particle-enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay and Scr、Urea and Ccr were measured by method of enzyme.Results The value of serum cystatin C in control group,renal insufficiency not compensation,renal function not lose insufficiency,renal insufficiency and uremia the group was (0.67±0.31)mg/L、 (1.32±0.28)mg/L、(2.17±0.75)mg/L、(3.58±0.27)mg/L和(5.41±0.63)mg/L,The value of serum cystatin C of renal patient was much higher than that of the control(P0.05).Conclusion The value of serum cystatin C is sensitive index for the renal function damaged.
