The Role Research of Serum Cystatin C in Diagnosis of Early Renal Damage

Objective:To study the clinical effect of serum cystatin C in the diagnosis of early renal damage.Method:To retrospective 81 cases with the early impairment of renal function from December 2010 to January 2013,which were as the experimental group,to select the same period in 81 cases of healthy persons as control group,the concentration of urea,serum creatinine compared two groups of subjects(Scr),serum cystatin C(Cyst C).Result:The concentration of urea,serum creatinine,serum cystatin C concentration of the experimental group were higher compared with control group,the differences between the two groups of data was significant(P0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with early renal damage,the application of cystatin C in the diagnostic process,to the glomerular filtration function and renal function changes reflected in early renal diseases,it can improve the diagnosis rate.
