A Study of Intensive Use of Urban Land in Wuhan City

Abstract

Based on the definition of urban land intensive use, and utilizing index data of urban land use in Wuhan City,the paper selects the corresponding evaluation index system to make a quantitative analysis of intensivism extent of urban land use and expects to get a comparatively exact conclusion through the comparative appraisal among many cities. According to the practical land use of Wuhan City as well the result of appraisal, the paper offers measures for the improvement of intensified use of urban land.
