Study on the Evaluation of Urban Land Intensive Utilization in Wuhan City

Abstract

On the base of putting forward the concept and connotation of urban land intensive utilization,the index system of land intensive utilization evaluation in Wuhan city was set up by applying Delphi method and AHP to do the comprehensive assessment.The results showed that the urban land intensive utilization state of Wuhan city was at the middle level of intensive utilization,and its forming reason was analyzed,then some suggestions about land intensively utilizing in Wuhan city in future were put forward.
