Abstract
After treated and exercised under low temperature, the content and SDS-PAGE electrophoresis picture of PM proteins of S1 and S2 are analized by coomassie brilliant blue G250 method and SDS-PAGE electrophoresis respectively. The result is that the reaction of PM proteins of S1 and S2 to low temperature is alike, but the content of PM proteins of S1 is higher;the dropping range of PM proteins under lower temperature is S1S2;S1 has stronger reaction to 5℃ when it is exposed directly to 5℃.The content of PM proteins would increase properly after exercise. There have small proteins appearing and large proteins disappearing at lower temperature.
