Abstract

Community education as a new educational model can achieve the purpose the traditional education can not achieve,and shoulder the function of training talents adapting to the modern rural areas.Presently,we should vigorously develop the education model dominated by community college as the subject,and actively promote the model of community education center based on sub-district offices,focus on building the education model based on high-tech agricultural zone,shaping a wide and large comprehensive three-dimensional network of education so as to meet the needs for all kinds of talents in the development of urban and rural integration.
