Abstract
AlN/conductive particles microwave attenuation composite ceramics are a new kind of composites in the field of materials research, and have received much attention in recent years due to good microwave attenuation properties and their potential applications. In this paper, the preparation methods of AlN/conductive particles microwave attenuation composite ceramics are introduced.The influence of electrical resistivity, dielectric properties and thermal conductivity on microwave attenuation properties is reviewed, and the recent status and prospect of the composites are also reviewed.
