Abstract

The dielectric properties of microwave-transparent materials are described in brief in this paper,and some developments of dielectric properties of AlN-BN composites are summarized.An analysis is made of the mechanism of polarization and infectors on the dielectric properties of AlN-BN composites.The development on improving the dielectric properties of the AlN-BN composites in the future is pointed out in the end.
