Abstract
The recent researches on AlN-based composite microwave attenuation ceramics with high thermal conductivity were reviewed.There are two systems with good microwave attenuation performance.One is AlN-based conductor composite microwave attenuation ceramics,and another is AlN-based semiconductor composite microwave attenuation ceramics.AlN-based conductor composite microwave attenuation ceramics include aluminum nitride-metal composite ceramics,aluminum nitride-graphite composite ceramics,and aluminum nitride-metal nitrides composite ceramics.Because aluminum nitride-metal composite ceramics have high thermal conductivity and good microwave attenuation performance,studies will be focused mainly on this kind of microwave attenuation materials in the future.
