Clinical Observation of "Ziyin Tonglin Decoction" in Treating Chronic Urinary Tract Infection

Objective To assess of the clinical effects of Ziyin Tonglin in treating chronic urinary tract infection.Methods Sixty subjects were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by Ziyin Tonglin and control group in which 30 cases were treated by Levofloxacin lactate,with a course of 2 weeks.The clinical effect,blood routine,urine routine and urinary bacteria cultivation,T lymphocyte subsets,cytokines,urine SIgA were observed.Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group and 73.3% in control group;the clinical symptom score,T lymphocyte subsets,cytokines,urine SIgA of the two groups have significant differences.Conclusion This Decoction has positive effects on chronic urinary tract infection.
