Abstract

The development and reform of Russian vocational education appeared some new characteristics since the establishment of the Russian Federation. The nation strengthenes the devotion and management of vocational education so that the scale of elementary vocational education contracts,secondary vocational education steadily goes ahead,the higher grade one gets a quick development,and the lifelong vocational education just in the rise,which presents a diverse trend of development.
