Effect of Shenfu Injection on Cardiac Function and Myocardial Fibrosis of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

Abstract
To research the effects of shenfu injection on the cardiac function and myocardial fibrosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy.Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.To observe the changes of signs and symptoms,and measure the distances of six-minute walk test(6MWT).Echocardiography was performed to measure the cardiac function of the left ventricle(SV,EF,FS),and RIA was used to detect the serum levels of BNP,PCⅢ,HA and LN.The results showed that the effective rate of treatment,the 6MWT distances and the cardiac function of the left ventricle(SV,EF,FS) in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the serum levels of BNP,PCⅢ,HA and LN were obviously lower than those in control group.These indicate that shenfu injection can greatly improve the cardiac function of patients suffered from ischemic cardiomyopathy,its mechanism may be related to relieving or even reversing myocardial fibrosis.
