Ameliorative Effects of Wenyanghuoxuelishui Method on the Cardiac Function and Myocardial Fibrosis of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effects of Wenyanghuoxuelishui method on the cardiac function and myocardial fibrosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM).Methods: 72 patients were assigned randomly to the treatment group and the control group.Besides that the western routine therapies were used in 2 groups,the Kangdaxin Oral Liquid was added in the treatment group.After 14 days,the effects of 2 groups were observed and compared.Results: Some indices of the treatment group were higher obviously than those of the control group including the total effect,the 6MWT,the EF,the FS and the Tei.However,these indicators of the treatment group were lower remarkably than those of the control group such as the NT-proBNP,the PCⅢ,the HA and the LN(P 0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion: It is the basis of the Kangdaxin Oral Liquid reverse effects on myocardial fibrosis that this drug can improve the cardiac function of ICM patients.
