Clinical Observation of "Xuebijing Injection" in Treating Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Abstract

To observe the effects ofXuebijing Injectionin the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease,64 subjects were randomized into two groups:control group in which 32 cases received conventional western medicine and treatment group in which 32 cases were treated with conventional western medicine plusXuebijing Injection,with a course of 14 days.Results:The total effective rate was 87.5% in treatment group and 71.8% in control group,P0.05;blood-gas analysis and hemodynamics index improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group(P0.05).It is indicated thatXuebijing Injectioncan help routine treatment in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
