Abstract

The scientific development view is a brand - new idea and mode of thinking, innovated by the sublation and conversion of the old development view, the scientific development view is that it is regarded as a key intension that people first and is that it is regarded as an essential intension to get hold of overall, coordination and the sustainable development of sum. By using the scientific development view, we can save the ecocrisis in China, and bring about an advance in economic society to cross over newly.
