Rational Reflection on Scientific Development View

Development,in essence,is an issue of philosophy.The scientific development view,as a world view,will inevitably influence people's value orientation and their practice of changing the world.The essence of scientific development view lies in development whose essence is a rising process in which old things are replaced by new ones.Therefore,scientific development view requires that the society and the economy develop holistically and harmoniously.Whether a development view is scientific or not depends on whether the development abides by objective laws or is against them.It has been proved in practice that only when we have a profound understanding of the development laws and the guiding notions and practice of developing economy are in accordance with the objective laws will our nation develop smoothly and efficiently.Otherwise,development will encounter difficulties which may result in high price and cost.
