Mifepristone and misoprostol on women in early pregnancy abortion effect analysis

Objective To investigate the mifepristone and misoprostol on women in early pregnancy abortion effect.Methods Choose 100 cases of pregnant women,according to 49 d,50～70 d number is divided into 2 groups:Ⅰgroup,Ⅱgroup with 50 cases in each group,two groups were using mifepristone morning oral 50 mg.Late oral 25 mg,at intervals of 12 hours,2 hours of fasting before and after medication.Take 2 days in all.Third days morning fasting dose misoprostol 600 μg.In hospital observation.The complete abortion rate was observed in the two groups and the two regimens for medical abortion vaginal bleeding incidence and vaginal bleeding time.Results the complete abortion rate of two groups had no significant differences(P0.05);group Ⅰ vaginal bleeding incidence rate was significantly lower than that in Ⅱ group(P0.05),but the two groups of vaginal time had no significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy is less than or equal to 49 d oral mifepristone and misoprostol on women in early pregnancy abortion effect is satisfactory,worth learning.
