Abstract
Mature embryos of new wheat variety R 59 were used as explant for culture in vitro in three kinds of culture medium. The result shows that the ratio of callus induced is greatly different and the ratio of callus induced from the better culture medium (Ms+2,4-D2 0mg/L+KT0 5mg/L) is 92%~93 3%. The result also shows that embryonic bud is disadvantageous to inducing embryonic callus.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
