Comfort nursing of the abdominal surgery patients

Abstract
Objective To find the most appropriate nursing method to take comfort nursing of the abdominal surgery patients.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of the abdominal surgery patients from July 2009 to July 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 60 cases.The control group were only given routine care.On the basement of it,the observation group added comfort nursing.The gastrointestinal reactions,recovery of intestinal function as well as pain situation of the two groups before and after the surgery were observed and compared.Results All the indicators of the observation group were much better than that of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing can effectively reduce gastrointestinal reaction,shorten the recovery time of intestinal function and ease pain situation.Meanwhile,it also promotes physical and psychological recovery of the patients,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
