Patients After Abdominal Operation to Carry out Different Nursing Counter Measureson the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function Effect

Objective To study the different nursing countermeasures of the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with abdominal surgery application effect. Methods We selected 86 patients with abdominal surgery, it shall, in accordance with the 43 cases in each group is divided into control group and observation group and control group, routine nursing intervention for the observation group in the control group on the basis of combined with abdominal hot massage method, comparing two groups of curative effect. Results Observation group of patients with bowel sound recovery time, tenderness, lower speed, abdominal distension, reduce timeconsuming, eating time, defecation time and exhaust time faster than the control group(P0.05). Conclusion For abdominal surgery patients, on the basis of conventional nursing care given heat abdominal massage care can promote effective recovery of gastrointestinal function, patients with nursing effect is good.
