Abstract
Effects of NAA,KT,2,4-D,sucrose concentration and explants type on the callus induction of Ginkgo biloba were investigated by orthogonal test in this paper. The results showed that explants type was the most important factor among the five factors for callus induction of G. biloba, followed by KT and NAA concentration, while 2,4-D and sucrose concentration were the weakest. The best medium for callus induction of G. biloba was MS+NAA 0. 5 mg·L-1+KT 0. 5 mg·L-1+sucrose 40 g·L-1,and stem was the best explants. With the stem as explants and with the optimal medium as the culture medium, the highest rate of callus induction in G. biloba was up to 100%.
