Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of creatine phosphate sodium injection on treating myocardial damage due to neonatal asphyxia.Methods:60 newborns with myocardial damage due to neonatal asphyxia were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=28).Both two groups were treated with conventional treatment. On the basis of control group, treatment group was administrated with creatine phosphate sodium intravenously,0.5g,qd,and 7 days as a course. The changes of symptoms, physical signs,CK-MB and cTnI were observed during the treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 96.9% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group(P0.01).The improvement of CK-MB and cTnI in the treatment group were all superior to those in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion:CP has better effects on the hypoxic ischemic myocardial damage due to neonatal asphyxia.
