Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of creatine phosphate in the treatment of severe neonatal asphyxia myocardial damage. Methods 34 cases of neonatal asphyxia in neonates with severe myocardial damage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group with conventional therapy and the control group with creatine phosphate treatment.Clinical outcome differences of two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group(82.35%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(47.06%),and the myocardial enzyme was active in the treatment group. The spectral values were less than that of the control group. Conclusion The creatine phosphate sodium as a cell model agent,in the treatment of severe neonatal asphyxia with myocardial damage plus creatine, helps to improve the therapeutic effect.
