Effection of Qiangxin Tongmai Pills on Heart Function and Serum TNF-α IL-6 in Chronic Heart Failure Patients

Abstract
Objective:To study the effection of Qiangxin Tongmai pills on heart function and serum cell factor in treating chronic heart failure patients.Methods:One hundred chronic heart failure patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were given Qiangxin Tongmai pills based on conventional west medicine of the control group. Eight weeks later,compared the two groups in the improvement of symptoms and heart function,compared the changement with serum TNF-α,IL-6.Results:Symptoms and heart function were both clearly improved in the two groups,and serum TNF-α,IL-6 decreased obviously.The efficacy of treatment group were better than control group.Conclusion:Joint Qiangxin Tongmai pills with conventional west medicine can significantly improve the symptoms and the heart function,increase efficacy of patients with chronic heart failure.These may be relevant to inhibit the expression of the inflammation cell factor.
