Abstract

After Separating and extracting by 4% acetic acid, trace Pb and Cd in domestic ceramic was determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The optimum conditions for the determination is tested and discussed. The result shows that the limit of the method were 0.023 μg/L(Pb)and 0.006 μg/L(Cd).The recycling rate ranks from 98.0% to 104.0%.RSD is less than 3.5%.This method is accurate,quick-acquired and convenient. It is used in the determination of trace lead and cadmium in domestic ceramic with the result is satisfactory.
