Clinical treatment and analysis for children’s severe gluteal muscles contracture

Objective:To investigate into the operation treatment of gluteal muscles contrature for children,and observe the effect.Methods:A“z-shaped” release lengthening operation and special function exercise were employed by 320 cases.Results:The cases were followed up from 3 months to 1 year,all position signs wrer disapeared,all kinds of function recovered to normal states.Conclusion:It can be good efficiency,fast resumed function,no recurrence and few complications if the distinct diagnosis severe cases were employed this treatment way.
