Abstract
Objective:The mental Sudan on ischemia-reperfusion in mice with vascular dementia(Vascular Dementia,VD) model of experimental study to examine the mental part of the Soviet side treatment of VD mechanism. Methods bilateral carotid artery ligation repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion mouse model was prepared VD.Randomly divided into sham operation group, model group,Hydergine group, mental Sudan high and low dose group. After one group 3 treatment group.15 days after detection of brain tissue SOD,MDA content. Results SOD increased(p0.05),MDA decreased(P0.05),statistically significant.Among them, the low dose group mental Sudan the most obvious. Conclusion Naolisu to raise the brain tissue SOD activity, decreased MDA content in order to protect neuronal cells.
