Effect of preoperative psychological care on anxiety of patients in surgicalC

Objective To research effect of preoperative psychological care on anxiety of patients in surgical.Methods 3 948 cases of surgery patients were selected by convenience cluster sampling and surveyed with questionnaire including Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and self-made general questionnaire.Results One day before surgery,the scores of anxietypsychological care intervention group and normal control group were(52.54±7.61)and(52.19±7.65),there were no significant differences between patients of two groups(P 0.05),after the preoperative nursing intervention,the scores of anxietypsychological care intervention group and normal control group were(47.99±8.17) and(49.88±6.82),there were significant differences between patients of two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Preoperative psychological care can reduce the incidence of anxiety of surgical patients before surgery,in clinical work,preoperative psychological care should be necessary to promote.
