On the Institutional Protection of Rural Migrant Workers' Rights

Abstract

The issue of protecting rural migrant workers' rights is attracting more and more public attention in China.It is also an inevitable problem demanding prompt solution in the period of social transformation.According to the present situation of rural migrant workers' rights,this article discusses how to protect the rights of rural migrant workers from the perspectives of household registration system,employment system,and social security system.
