Shortcoming and Construction about the Security System of Rural Migrant Workers' Rights and Interests

Rural migrant workers are a large and special social group which can not be neglected in recent years.Based on the rural migrant workers' rights and interests in employment,the paper illustrates the present situation and problems in the employment of rural migrant workers.At the same time,it also analyses the main reasons of the restriction in the employment of the rural migrant workers in view of the discrimination of the local policies,the low degree of education of the rural migrant workers,the cost of hidden insecurity of the companies,and the exclusion of the main culture of a specific region.The paper holds the view that in order to construct a security system for the employment of rural migrant workers' rights and interests,impartial guarantee system,effective training and various social services should be implemented.
