Abstract
To a great degree,patterns of estate management reflect its level of management and also affect its results of management.It has become an important task in the industry to explore patterns of estate management with Chinese characteristics.The pattern,integration of home owner,estate management company and subdistrict office,is to boost the scientific and sound development of the industry.
