Disputes in Estate Management in China: A Discussion

Abstract
Along with the monetization of housing system,the estate management industry has been flourishing.The prosperity of estate management industry has contributed to better estate management services,while at the same time it has also led to increased disputes,either in service quality or in service charging,between estate management company,house owners,and union of house owners,which has disrupted the order of life in the neighborhood.This paper investigates the causes of these disputes,and discusses possible solutions.
