Abstract
Combined with the status quo of the estate managing fee management in China as well as the successful experiences in Western estate management,it has a re-orientation of estate managing fee in real-estate management, and illustrates the establishment of humanity and credit system in estate management,and tells forward the feasibility and main content about establishment of operating-style estate managing mode.
