The Dilemma of Urban Community Self-organization in the Development of Community Management and Its Solution

With the deepening of China's socialist market economic system and urban governance institution,community self-organization has achieved great development,meanwhile it is also faced with much dilemma,such as status,living environment of the system,economic resources,and growth capacity of their own.Only when we improve community-related legislations,perfect community management system,expand sources of funding to community,and strengthen the power of self-organization can self-organization overcome difficulties and get the new forces,which can play a major function and role in promoting the course of community autonomy development and building a harmonious society.
