Countermeasures and the Plight of Urban Community Construction of Autonomy: Taking a City in Sichuan as an Example

We have a number of problems in the process of urban community construction such as fuzzy localization of community function,Strong administrative atmosphere,not smooth machine-made system,lack of financial investment,incentive mechanism and many other issues,and all of these affect the community self-fulfilling functions to a large extent.Improving the community's self-building need innovating the institution,increasing investment,strengthening of qualified personnel,optimizing community governance structure.
