Abstract
Objective To analyze the coagulation changes in active ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Sixty patients with UC and twenty healthy controls were collected in our study.Platelet count,activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and fibrinolysis(FIB) were detected.Results Platelet count and FIB were markedly higer in UC than those in control group,but there had no significant difference in platelet count,APTT and FIB among mild,moderate and severe degree.Conclusion Active UC is in hypercoagulation states,but the hypercoagulation states are not correlated with the clinical degree of UC.
