Abstract

Objective To establish a method for determination of terpene lactones in Ginkgo Leaves Dispersible Tablets. Methods The evaporation light scattering detector(ELSD) and ODS column(150 mm×4.6 mm) were employed. The mobile phase consisted of propanol-tetrahydrofuran-water(1∶15∶84).Results The logarithm value of sample size had a good linear relationship with the logarithm value of peak area when the sample size of bilobalide and ginkgolide A,B and C was 7.848-39.240 μg,3.8-19.0 μg,7.08-35.40 μg,3.768-18.840 μg,respectively. The average recovery was 98.39%(RSD=0.31%),98.41%(RSD=0.20%),97.07%(RSD=0.48%),98.39%(RSD=1.61%),respectively.Conclusion This method is accurate with good repeatability for the content determination of terpene lactones in Ginkgo Leaves Dispersible Tablets.
