Abstract
Objective To study the impact of rosuvastatin on hs-CRP and blood liquid of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 142 patients with coronary heart disease were chosen in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2012,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,71 cases in each group. Control group given atorvastatin, while observation group given rosuvastatin. Before and after treatment, hs-CRP, total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C)of the two groups were compared, and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment observed. Results There were statistically significant differences of hs-CRP,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C of the two groups before and after treatment( P 0. 05),and hs-CRP,TC,TG,LDL-C of observation group were lower than those of control group after treatment,HDL-C was higher, the differences were statistically significantly different( P 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment. Conclusion Rosuvastatin can significantly improve inflammation and blood lipid of patients with coronary heart disease, which is helpful to delay the process of atherosclerosis, and is with less adverse reactions.
