Research on the definition of the civil relief for environmental tort

With the development of economy,there are more and more civil tort cases caused by environmental pollution.Therefore,it has been necessary to establish civil relief systems.On the theoretic basis of environmental right,beginning with the definition of environment tort,the author analyzes the characteristics that environment tort is different from the general civil tort,and holds that the particularity of the environment tort surely leads to the diversified relief systems,and that diversified relief approaches and socialized relief ideas should be carried out.
