On the content and system of environment tort relief

Abstract
By means of distinguishing between types , means and ways of relief, the present paper clarifies what our environment tort relief system should basically contain, which includes environment tort civil relief system, environment tort administrative relief system and environment tort social relief system. Based on the above, the paper suggests a two-level environment tort relief law system, one is the general law level and the other is the special law level.
