The levels of homocysteic acid(Hcy),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET)in patients with hypertension disorders in pregnant

Objective:To study the correlations of the concentration of plasma Hcy,NO,ET in the course of hypertension disorders in pregnant.Methods:The concentration of plasma Hcy,NO,ET were detected in 61 patients with hypertension disorders in pregnant and 30 normal late pregnancy women and 30 normal reproductive age women.Results:The plasma Hcy,ET levels were significantly higher in patients with hypertension disorders in pregnant than those in the normal late pregnancy and normal reproductive age women (P0.01),while the plasma NO levels were significantly lower (P0.01).The plasma Hcy,ET levels were significantly higher in serious eclampsism groups than those in light degree eclampsism,while the plasma NO levels were significantly lower (P0.01).The plasma Hcy was a positive correlation with ET,wlile the plasma Hcy was a negative correlation with NO;The plasma NO was negative correlation with the plasma ET.Conclusion:The levels of Hcy,NO and ET are closely correlation with the morbidity and the progression of disease with hypertension disorders in pregnant.
