Abstract
Ammonium polyphosphate and pentaerythritol was used to prepare halogen-free flame retardant synergist PE composites with different expanding flame retardant contents.The flame retardant effects on the prepared composite were studied.Observed flame retardants in the dispersion of the matrix.The results showed that the tensile properties and impact resistance was worse,flame retardancy was improved while the powder dispersion variation was worse,and the agglomeration increased with increasing addition of synergistic flame retardant.
