Abstract
Objective:To establish a determination method for baicalin in Kangbingdu Capsules. Methods: HPLC with YWG C (18)(250×4.6, 10 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water H 3PO 4(47∶53∶0.2). The detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Results: There was good linear relationship between 0.099 5~0.796 0 μg, r=(0.999 98). The average recovery was 97.40% and RSD was 0.81%. Conclusion: This method is simple, quick, accurate and with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Kangbingdu Capsules.
